By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from our website, you agree to the terms of this license.

1. License Overview
When you purchase a digital product from PrintVibe Studios, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the included designs.
This license allows you to use the designs in your own projects or products while PrintVibe Studios retains ownership of the original files.
You are purchasing the license to use the designs, not the copyright to the designs themselves.
2. What You Are Allowed To Do
Your license allows you to use the designs for both personal and commercial purposes.
Permitted uses include:
• Creating physical products for sale
• Selling printed merchandise
• Using designs in personal creative projects
• Modifying the designs for new artwork
• Using designs for print-on-demand products
• Creating items such as t-shirts, posters, mugs, stickers, wall art, and apparel
You may sell unlimited physical products created using the designs.
3. Print-on-Demand Use
You are allowed to use the designs with print-on-demand platforms including:
• Shopify stores
• Etsy stores
• Amazon Merch
• Redbubble
• Printify / Printful
• Other POD platforms
You may upload modified designs to these platforms to create physical products.
However, the original design files cannot be sold or shared directly.
4. What You Are NOT Allowed To Do
You may not:
• Resell the original design files
• Redistribute the design files for free or paid
• Share the download files with others
• Upload the raw files to design marketplaces
• Sell the bundle itself or any portion of it
• Claim the original designs as your own intellectual property
The designs must always be used as part of a new or modified product.
5. Digital Redistribution Restrictions
You may not distribute the designs in digital format in a way that allows others to extract or reuse the files.
Examples of prohibited actions include:
• Selling the designs as digital downloads
• Including the files inside another bundle
• Uploading the files to stock design marketplaces
• Sharing the files in communities, drives, or marketplaces
6. Ownership and Copyright
All original designs remain the intellectual property of PrintVibe Studios.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the designs, but ownership of the copyright remains with PrintVibe Studios.
7. License Violations
If this license agreement is violated, PrintVibe Studios reserves the right to:
• Terminate the license without notice
• Revoke access to purchased files
• Request removal of infringing content
• Pursue legal action where necessary
8. No Exclusivity
All licenses provided are non-exclusive.
This means the same designs may be sold to multiple customers.
9. Product Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their final products comply with the policies of the platforms where they are sold, including print-on-demand marketplaces or eCommerce stores.
PrintVibe Studios is not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
10. Changes to This License
PrintVibe Studios may update this Commercial License Agreement at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page.
