Digital Products Refund Policy
PrintVibe Studios sells downloadable digital products including design bundles, artwork, and other creative assets.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are generally final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or access has been granted, it cannot be returned.
However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
• Duplicate purchases
• Corrupted or inaccessible files
• Technical issues preventing download
• Incorrect product delivery
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
We will attempt to resolve the issue by providing a working download or replacement files. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Physical Products Returns
If you purchase a physical product from PrintVibe Studios, you may request a return or replacement if:
• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was shipped
• The product is defective
Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
To request a return or replacement, please contact support with:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after purchasing a digital product
• Failure to read product description before purchase
• Lack of software knowledge required to use digital files
• Unauthorized redistribution or misuse of digital content
